At gym today, did not have to wait for my turn to use any of the machine at all. Completed my round of exercise 1 hour later. Today, I am able to take the bus and MRT to work.
For the past few days, there have been this particular mini poster hanging around Ang Mo Kio MRT station. Did not bother to find out what it was actually. But today, I have found out what it is. It is to promote the blood donation campaign. It is held in a MRT at Ang Mo Kio MRT station itself!!! Imagine people going there to donate blood instead of taking the MRT. However, heard from the news that for those blood donors, they get a one time complimentary MRT ride.
Got to try my new uniform today!!! =) Finally we are getting a new set of uniform. One that is tailored to suit our size. Hopefully they will not go missing after a few times. The shirt feels abit stiff. Give me the feeling that I am wearing my IJ unfirom again. So miss those days in that uniform. The skirt was something which made me pleased. The guy came to take our measurements a couple of weeks back. Today, when I tried it on, it is actually rather loose!!! What does this mean??? I have become a little thinner? The trips to gym are being to shoe effect? Yes, exactly!!! So proud of myself. Keep up the good work!!!
Went fo dinner with Rebecca at Cafe Cartel after work. Tried one of their starters. Cannot remember the name of the dish. However, although it was a starter, I could not finish it at all. Ate only about half the portion. Guess it is because I had a bite in the office earlier on. Was rather hungry then. I also thought that they will not go for dinner afetr work. Who knows, only Rebecca and me left. Jackie stayed on to clear her work.
Going to Elaine's birthday party tomorrow after work. So excited!!! Can get to see all my "sisters" again!!! A pity Dear cannot come along with me. He has his own function as well in Malaysia...
